Refund and Returns Policy

Change of Mind
Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the product has been opened or used.
However, if your item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Please note, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective or not working as expected
  • Different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the fault (if applicable)
We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
To protect all our customers, we cannot accept returns on any:
  • Used items
  • Opened packaging
  • Lingerie, bodysuits, or wearable toys
This is in line with Australian health regulations and is non-negotiable for safety reasons.
Return Process

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt for us to complete your request.
Your Rights
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your product is deemed faulty or not fit for purpose, you’re entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair — at no extra cost to you.
